The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
The item was received damaged or defective
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Personalized or custom-made items
Used, worn, or damaged items due to misuse
Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will respond promptly with further instructions.
RETURN & REFUND PROCESS
1. REVIEW & APPROVAL
Your request will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested if needed.
2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
